Truck taxi – Cancellation Policy
Truck taxi cancellation policy states that if a consignor wishes to cancel an order at the time of pick-up, they should contact Truck taxi directly, usually through the provided customer service number to request cancellation. If the driver (delivery partner) has already been allocated to the order, any cancellation may incur a cancellation fee as per company policy, and the amount and terms of this fee will be communicated at the time you cancel.
- Cancellations made after vehicle reached the pickup location may incur a cancellation fee, typically around Rs.170, but this may vary depending on company policy and changes over time.
- The cancellation charge, if any, will be clearly communicated when you initiate cancellation after driver assignment.
- Truck taxi reserves the right to refuse bookings or levy additional charges if goods are undelivered or if there are issues with pickup or drop-off, such as the consignee not being available at the destination.
- For undelivered consignments, retention charges such as demurrage or warehouse fees may apply.
- Drivers who cancel jobs repeatedly may be subject to blacklisting under Truck taxi’s internal policies.
How to Cancel
- If you need to cancel, especially after driver assignment, contact Truck taxi’s customer support immediately to confirm the details and any applicable fees.
- Anyone using Truck taxi should review the most current terms on their official website or contact customer support for exact and updated information if policy details or fees are critical to their booking.
